I was referred to Dr. Simpson from my dentist to review a root canal i had done years ago with another provider— Basically my root canal seemed to be infected which was confirmed by Dr Simpson. He thoroughly went through his recommendations and whether or not he can save my tooth(80% chance) so I decided on a root canal retreatment! I had my procedure on 7/01, the procedure itself was painless, of course the area was numbed. I didn’t start experiencing pain until 2 days after. I also had swelling and redness on my cheek and honestly I was scared. I went in on 7/07 to make sure everything was looking normal and Dr Simpson reassured me that everything was good —that everyone’s body reacts differently. I left with peace of mind. The office is clean, the front desk ladies are all very sweet. I witnessed how nice they were to other patients. The assistants in the back were also so caring. & Dr Simpson is so skilled, honest, and kind. Thank you Sun West Endo! 🤍

I am one to NEVER write reviews but I have to share the upmost outstanding & caring treatment I receive today all thanks to Dr. Simpson & his assistant Brittany (hope I spelt it right)! I had my tooth done on 05/04/26 at my usual dentist office. My dentist gave me a 50/50 chance of my molar being saved. He hoped that my tooth would heal within these next 4 weeks & then placing the permanent crown on. Well well, came Saturday (05/09), the worst & I mean worse nerve pain ever! I called Sun West Endo’s emergency line because of the amount of pain I was in. I called at 6:02 PM & Dr Simpson got back with me at 6:28 PM. He did call in a RX to help calm things down but my pharm closed at 6 PM & closed on Sundays so that didn’t work for me. I have a very high pain tolerance but this tooth pain was getting the best of me. All I could do was try to manage the pain. Dr Simpson is a very very busy endodontist & his front office team did their best to accommodate me. I also work in healthcare & definitely did not want to be “that patient” & due to my also busy work schedule I was hoping for the best. They were able to get me in at 4 PM, still needing to evaluate the tooth first to see what appr

All I can say is I am completely beyond impressed with Sun West Endodontics. I got referred, and I was terrified to be seen because of what my pending options. However, the ENTIRE staff, from reception (Amanda, and the girl sitting next to her), the hygienist (I believe Brittany), and Dr. DeGracie blew my expectations out of the water. Amanda was super helpful given my current situation, and did EVERYTHING to ensure I could make this appointment happen for the health of my teeth. Brittany was so nice, considerate, gentle. She was super friendly, and we just talked away. Lastly, Dr. DeGracie looked at everything, thoroughly explained things, and listened to my preference. Instead of being mean for suggestion what normally could have been done, he totally agreed with my preference and reasoning. He even answered my questions with care and compassion. Although this was a visit I didn’t initially want to deal with, I am extremely blessed and grateful I had the experience that I did, especially during such a difficult chapter in my life. Please, never change Sun City Endodontics! If you have to, at least keep vetting your employee candidates to maintain this level of care in the future!

I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience at Sun West Endodontics that I felt like I had to share. I went in feeling pretty nervous (like most people do when it comes to dental work), but the moment I walked through the door, the staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely friendly—it didn’t feel rushed or impersonal at all. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. I never felt like “just another patient.” They checked in with me throughout the entire process and made sure I was okay the whole time. The procedure itself was way easier than I expected. Honestly, I had worked myself up for nothing. It was easy and over before I knew it. The level of care and attention they gave really stood out. If you’re anxious about needing a root canal or anything similar, this is the place you want to go. They made a stressful situation feel calm and manageable, and I’m so grateful I found them. Thank you Dr. DeGracie and your amazing staff for everything!

What can you say to an endodontist that actually cares about saving your tooth and then goes through the extra effort to successfully do it? Thank you, thank you, thank you! A previous endodontist took expensive x-rays and spent 5 minutes with me to tell me the roots were calcified and the tooth would have to come out. I asked if there were any other options and he said no. I left the office in tears. When my dentist got the report, she said go to Dr. Simpson for a second opinion since he is really good and he might be able to help. I was skeptical, but hey, my tooth and I agreed it was worth a try especially since I was impressed with the doctor's credentials and how he keeps his training current and is in step with the latest technology. For example, calcified roots do not always mean the tooth has to be extracted as it depends on the situation and having an endodontist willing and able to take on the challenge with precision tools, sharp mind, steady hands, and patience. Dr. Simpson is obviously up to the task! From the first call to the office, to the consultation, to the procedure itself, and all the insurance filing, everything was done with the highest degree of professiona
